阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的了解阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组(阿立哌唑组30例,氯氮平组30例),观察精神分裂症患者以阿立哌唑治疗8周的起效时间、疗效及不良反应情况并与氯氮平相比较,分别在治疗0、1、2、4、8周评定PAN SS和TESS量表,在0、2、4、6、8周检查血常规、心电图和肝肾功能。结果阿立哌唑与氯氮平疗效相当,阿立哌唑能迅速减轻精神症状,不良反应少,严重程度轻,很少引起催乳素变化。结论阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenic patients. Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups （aripiprazole group, 30 cases; clozapine group, 30 cases） receiving respectively for 8 weeks. The curative effects, the time of effects and theside effects of the aripiprazole group were compared with the clozapine group, PANSS and TESS were rated at baseline and 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks after treatment, Blood Rt, ECG, hepatic and renal funution were examined at baseline and 2, 4, 6, 8 Weeks after treatment. Resuits Both drugs had comparable efficacy, aripiprazole relieved psychotic symptoms more rapidly with less and mild side effect and lessProlaction change. Conclusion Aripiprazole shows efficacy and safety as well in treatment of schizophrenia.
