摘　　要：纽伦堡审判是在国际法极不完善的情况下进行的一次伟大的尝试,旨在证实纳粹当局所犯的历史罪行,同时改革和充实国际法,试图达到控制侵略战争、确保人类持久和平以及保护国际人权的目的。通过一年多的努力,纽伦堡审判的奠基人以及国际军事法庭,克服了重重政治与法律难题,使这次审判得以成为现代国际法发展史上的里程碑。Nuremburg Adjudgement was a great trial when the international law was not perfect, which served to prove the crimes that the Nazi authority committed, meanwhile to reform the international laws, to try controlling invasion wars, to ensure the long-term peace and to protect the international human rights. After the efforts for more than one year, the founder of the Nuremburg Adjudgement and the international military court made this adjudgement a milestone in the history of international law, by way of overcoming various political and legal difficulties.
