浅谈临床医学专业学位研究生临床能力培养

摘　　要：在临床医学专业学位研究生培养过程中,临床能力的培养尤为重要,临床能力的高低直接关系到临床医学专业学位研究生的培养质量。目前,临床医学专业学位研究生临床能力培养现状是临床基础参差不齐、临床实践时间少、单一技能与全面技能培养矛盾、研究课题要求没有统一标准等,应该加强临床医学理论知识的培养,加强临床能力的训练,规范临床能力的考核,重视科研能力的培养。In the work of graduate student development with clinical medicine specialty degree, the most important one is the development of clinical ability, which will determine the quality of the work. Currently, the status quo of the work is that the uneven of clinical foundation, the lack of clinic practice, the contradiction between development of only one technical ability with overall development etc. To solve these problems, we should strengthen the development of theories and knowledge of clinical medicine, enhance the training of clinical ability, unify the examination of clinical ability and value the development of research ability.
