摘　　要：企业生态文化将生态文化与企业文化相结合,赋予企业文化新的内容。企业生态文化建设除应提高企业生态环境保护意识外,还要建立企业环境管理制度,树立企业生态价值观,塑造企业生态精神,树立企业绿色形象。The enterprise bionomics culture combines the bionomics culture and enterprise culture and brings new content to enterprise culture. In addition to the improvement of the sense of protection,a managerial system should be set up in enterprise environment, bionomics values should be built up, the spirit of enterprise bionomics should be shaped and a new green image of enterprise should be established.
