摘　　要：分析了企业集群和虚拟企业两种不同组织模式的概念、共性、差异性,指出虚拟企业集群是能有效结合二者优势的全新组织模式,并且分析了其基本特征。This article introduces the definition, similar and different points between enterprise cluster and virtual enterprise, proposes a view that virtual enterprise cluster will be the developing direction for our enterprises and enterprise clusters, and discusses the character of virtual enterprise cluster.
