摘　　要：心理素质是一个人内在的基础素质,健全的心理品质是大学生能力发展以及未来事业拓展的基本条件。动态把握大学生心理健康状况,做好相应的辅导、引导工作,是高校大学生教育中不可缺省的一个环节。Psychological quality is the intrinsic basic quality of every man and healthy psychological quality is the basic condition for college students to develop their abilities and extend their future careers. It is an indispensable part in the education of college students to dynamically grasp the condition of their psychological health and to do well in the work of counseling and guidance.
