摘  要:目的探讨精神分裂症患者子女青少年期的行为问题及其相关影响因素。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表儿童行为问卷和自编儿童家庭一般资料调查表对147例处于青春期的精神分裂症子女和147例正常儿童的行为问题和相关家庭因素进行调查。结果精神分裂症患者子女青少年期行为问题的发生率(男性为23.2%,女性为22.9%)高于对照组的同龄青少年(男性为13.8%,女性为13.4%),但差异无显著性。男性在分裂样、社交不良、多动因子的异常率,女童在体诉、交往不良因子的异常率明显高于正常家庭青少年行为异常率。精神分裂症患者家庭和正常家庭相比具有较差的人际关系、经济状况、亲子关系、以及对孩子不良的教养方式等。结论精神分裂症子女存有明显的行为问题,是由遗传因素、不良的家庭环境和较差的教养方式所致。Objective To explore the difference of behavior problems and the related factors between adolescent children of schizophrenics and those of normal controls. Methods The 147 adolescent aged 12 - 16 years old whose mother or father with schizophrenia and 147 normal children matched with the study group in sex, age, habitat, life style, economical conditions were investigated using Achenbach Child Behavior Check List (CBCL). The general information of family environment and children rearing style were also collected. Results The rates of behavior problems among the adolescent of schizophrenics( 23.2% in boys, 22.99% in girls respectively) were higher than those of normal controls ( 13.8% in boys, 13.4% in girls respectively). The difference exited in mutisubseales. The schizophrenics family had poorer family environment,worse economic status and false rearing style than the normal controls. Conclusion The children of schizophrenics had more behavior problems than those of the normal controls. The difference were result from that the schizophrenic had the definitive gene, personality trait, unique family environment and rearing style.
