摘　　要：现代保安是现代社会专门化的产物,但事实上它并不为中国社会所接受。除去保安业发展时间短,世俗观点偏见等因素外,大概与对其法律属性的浅薄认识有关。法律共同体已逐渐被学术界所认同,将现代保安纳入其中无疑是对传统法律人概念的重大突破以及现代保安属性的理性定位。The modem security is result of specialization in the modem society . But it is not actually accepted by people. The reasons ,in addition to the facts that the security service has been in existence in china for a short period of time and people have a prejudice against the industry, may lie in the fact that people only have a superficial understanding of the nomological property of it . the concept of law community is gradually accepted by the academic . If we perceive the security service as a part of law community , it will be a great academic breakthrough to the tradition concept of person for law and a rational definition of the modem security.
