河北省经济可持续协调发展中的人力资本问题研究

摘　　要：本文在简要阐述人力资本在经济可持续协调发展中的作用的基础上,采用横截面统计数据对河北省的人力资本现状从总量、水平和区域分布等几个方面进行了描述性实证分析。研究发现：河北省人力资本存量总体水平在全国各省、市、自治区中虽然处于中上游水平,但在本省内却存在明显的区域性差异和不平衡。如何在不断提高人力资本积累水平的同时,强化区域间人力资本发展的宏观调控。以逐步缩小区域人力资本差异,是今后一段时期河北省区域经济可持续协同发展战略实施中不容忽视的大问题。On the basis of cross section statistics, this paper analyzes the status quo of the manpower capital on the part of total, level, distribution and others. The result shows that Hebei＇s number of manpower capital ranks in the middle upper level, but in Hebei an obvious unbalance exists in different regions. At the time of how to raise the accumulation of manpower capital, strengthening macro - control of manpower capital development to diminish the gaps of different regions is a big problem of sustainable development in Hebei＇s economy.
