摘 要:为了研究植物源性乳酸菌对断奶仔猪生产性能及免疫功能的影响,选取35日龄左右、断奶后平均个体质量为(7.48±0.23)kg的大长二元杂阉公猪165头,随机分成5个处理组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复11头,试验期28d,分别饲喂基础日粮(Ⅰ组)、基础日粮+金霉素300mg·kg^-1(Ⅱ组)、基础日粮+乳酸菌10mL·头^-1·d^-1(HI组)、基础日粮+乳酸菌30mL·头^-1·d^-1(Ⅳ组)、基础日粮+乳酸菌60mL·头^-1·d^-1(Ⅴ组),结果表明:在断奶仔猪日粮中添加乳酸菌和金霉素能提高仔猪的平均日增质量、降低料增质量比,1-28d,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组同Ⅰ组比较,平均日增质量分别提高了14.8%、8.9%、30.5%和29.6%,料增质量比分别下降了9.6%、7.0%、20.5%和17.9%,1~14和1~28d的Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组的腹泻率为0,试验得出乳酸菌的最适添加量为30mL·头^-1·d^-1;乳酸菌可以提高血清T4和IGF-Ⅰ的水平;Ⅳ组和Ⅰ组比较:14d时淋巴细胞转化率显著提高(P〈0.05),28d时有增高的趋势但差异不显著(P〉0.05);28d时血清中IgC.显著提高(P〈0.05),IgA、IgM有增高的趋势但差异不显著(P〉0.05);表明乳酸菌对断奶仔猪的免疫功能有促进作用.In order to study the effect of plant source Lactobacillus on the productive performance and the immunity, 165 weaned piglets with average body mass of (7.48 ±0. 23 ) kg were selected, and they were divided into 5 groups (3 repeats per group and 11 piglet per repeat). The five groups were fed basic diet (group Ⅰ ), basic diet + aureomycin 300 mg/kg (group Ⅱ ), basic diet + Lactobacillus 10 mL · ( piglet · day) ^-1 ( group Ⅲ), basic diet + Lactobacillus 30 mL · ( piglet · day) ^-1 ( group Ⅳ ) and basic diet + LactobaciUus 60 mL · ( piglet · day) - 1 ( group Ⅴ), respectively. The trial period of time was 28 d. The diet with Lactobacillus and diet with aureomycin increased the average daily gain(ADG) and decreased the ratio of feed/gain. At the end of the trial, the ADG of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ increased by 14. 8%, 8.9%, 30. 5% and 29. 6%, respectively, and the F/G decreased by 9.6%, 7. 0%, 20. 5% and 17.9%, respectively. The optimal supplement of plant source Lactobacillus was 30 mL · ( piglet · day)^ - 1. The concentration of T4 and IGF-Ⅰ in serum were increased by LactobaciUus. The blood lymphocyte transformation rate of group IV was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ on day 14 ( P 〈 0. 05 ) and had the trend to increase on day 28 (P 〉 0. 05 ). On day 28 of the trial, the level of IgG in serum of group IV was significantly higher than that of group Ⅰ (P 〈0. 05)and the levels of IgA,IgM in serum of group Ⅳ had the trend to increase than group Ⅰ ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The results indicated that Lactobacillus could improve the immune function of the piglets.
