摘 要:为考察神华煤液化油的黏度特性,采用NDJ-79型旋转黏度计,测定神华煤液化油各馏分在不同温度下的黏度,获得常压下20℃C和50℃各馏分的黏度数据,测定并讨论了液化油几个馏分的黏度与温度间的关系,并用Excel软件平台对数据点进行拟合和回归分析,得到很好的函数曲线,为以后估算其他温度下各馏分的黏度提供了依据.比较几个馏分与几种有机物或有机混合物的黏度,找到240℃~260℃馏分和320℃~340℃馏分的理想模型化合物.Viscosities of Shenhua coal liquefied oil fractions were measured at different temperature with NDJ-79 the rotary viscosimeter in order to see about the viscosity characteristic of Shenhua coal liquefied oil. Viscosities of each fraction at 20 ℃ and 50 ℃ under normal atmosphere was obtained. The relationship of viscosities about several important coal liquefied oil fractions and temperature were carefully measured and discussed, data were fitted and made regress by excel ,the good power function curve was obtained, reference was offered to estimate viscosity of coal liquefied oil fractions at other temperatures. The best model compound of each fraction was attained by comparing viscosities of several coal liquefied oil fractions with viscosities of several organic compounds and organic mixtures, at the same time the significant conclusion was drawed.
