摘　　要：目的观察定期牙周洁治对青少年正畸患者牙周健康状况的影响。方法选择全身及牙周健康因错牙合畸形需固定矫治的患者40例(男20例,女20例)。随机分为对照组和实验组。实验组进行定期牙周洁治,对照组除每天基本的口腔卫生维护外,不做任何处理。分别于正畸矫治前、矫治后1个月、6个月、12个月检测患者的牙龈指数(G I)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SB I),比较检测指标在治疗前后的变化,数据以t检验进行统计学处理。结果矫治前各项牙周临床检测指标两组间无显著差异(P>0.05),而矫治后存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论定期牙周洁治能有效降低固定矫治过程中牙龈炎的发生率。Objective To investigate the effects of regular scaling on periodontal health in fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods The 40 patients （ male 20 cases, female 20 cases） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with regular scaling; And in the control group, patients were treated only with basic oral clean. The changes of GI, PLI and SBI were recorded before treatment and 1,6 and 12 months after treatment. SPSS 10.0 software package was used for Student＇s t test. Results There was no significant difference in the periodontal indexes between the two groups before treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. But there was a statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05） after treatment. Conclusion Regular scaling can effectively reduce the rate of gingivitis in fixed orthodontic treatment.
