摘　　要：作者对3例原发性肺癌进行了支气管动脉及肺动脉造影和灌注治疗,认为部分患者中(2例)肺动脉参与供血,肺动脉的灌注化疗是安全的,可行的。Bronchial artery and pulmonary artery angiography as well as infusion with anticancerous drugs was performed in 3 cases of primary carcinoma of lung. The results showed that the pulmonary artery applied blood to tumor in a part of cases (2 cases); infusion from pulmonary artery with anticancerous drugs to treat lung cancer was safe and feasible.
