摘　　要：科技是第一生产力。人才则是科技发展的第一要素。培育人才的教育及其结构则是要素中的要素。也就是说,一个地区的人才培养结构是其经济可持续发展的原动力。因此,本论文拟运用人才教育结构与地方经济发展的直接相关关系理论,重点谈一下延边地区教育结构优化问题。As Science and technology constitute the primary productive forces,those talented people who promote the development of science and technology are the main forces, and education as well as educational institutes becomes the most important factor,that is,the talent training structure in a region is the motive force that promotes regional sustainable economic growth. Therefore ,the article aims to discuss the optimization of educational structure in Yanbian prefecture by applying the theory of direct correlation between talent training structure and regional economic development.
