摘　　要：知识经济是当今世界经济的主题,为了适应知识经济的发展,我国高校的教学管理目标应以培养创新性高级人才为核心,扩大学生的知识面,树立创新观念,培养学生良好的个性和意识。Knowledge economy is a main part in current global economy. In accordance with the development of knowledge economy, the teaching management in Chinese colleges and universities should centre on cultivating innovative talents of senior level, be aimed at enlarging students＇ knowledge, setting up new innovative concepts and nourishing students＇ good personalities and Consciousness.
