摘　　要：随着国民经济的飞速发展,人们物质生活水平的提高,第三产业的大力推进,休闲体育正逐步成为人们闲暇生活的重要组成部分。它将是未来体育的发展趋势之一。With the development of economy, living condition and tertiary industry, leisure PE is gradually becoming the important part in people＇ s daily life. And it＇ s not only the matter of necessity of the social development, but the trend of the development of the physical education in the future. Leisure PE depends on the social development and meanwhile will promote the living condition and spiritual civilization.
