白内障手术中巩膜上腔麻醉效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨巩膜上腔麻醉在白内障手术中的安全性与有效性。方法把134例内障手术病人随机分成两组:表面麻醉组和巩膜上腔麻醉组,分别观察麻醉效果、麻醉前后眼压的差别及并发症。结果巩膜上腔麻醉组效果优于表面麻醉组、眼压无明显影响,并发症少。结论巩膜上腔麻醉用于白内障手术能达到麻醉充分、制动良好、并发症少的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of sub - tenon＇ s anesthesia for cataract surgery. Methods 134 cases of cataract surgery were divided into sub - tenon＇ s anesthesia group and topical anesthesia group randomly, The effect of anesthesia and IOP before and after anesthesia and complication were recorded and compared. Result There were 71 cases （95%） in sub - tenon＇ s anesthesia group and 30 cases （50%） in topical anesthesia group get good anesthesia effect. There was significant difference between the two groups. The IOP were slight influenced, seldom complication was found in sub - tenon＇ s anesthesia. Conclusion The sub - tenon＇ s anesthesia is a effective and safe method for cataract surgery.
