原发性小肠肿瘤的外科诊治

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性小肠肿瘤的临床特点、诊断与手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1986-2003年经手术和病理证实的16例原发性小肠肿瘤临床资料。结果原发性小肠肿瘤的常见临床表现为腹痛（15例）、腹块（10例）、肠梗阻（8例）、消化道出血（6例），术前确诊仅7例（44．4％），手术切除率恶性肿瘤为75％（9／12），良性肿瘤为100％（4／4）。结论原发性小肠肿瘤的临床表现缺乏特异性，多数患者术前确诊困难，手术切除是主要的治疗方法。Objective To study the clinical characteristic of primary intestinal tumor, and their diagnosis and surgery. Methods Retrospectively analyze 16 cases of primary intestinal tumor that confirmed by the surgery and pathology. Results The common clinical manifestations of primary intestinal tumor were abdominal pain （ 15cases）, abdominal mass （ 10 cases）, intestinal obstruction （ 8 cases） and digestive tract bleeding （ 6 cases）. Only 7cases were diagnosed before the operation （44. 4% ）. The removal rate in the malignant was 75% （9/12）, and it was 100% （4/4） in benign. Conclusion It is not special in the clinical characteristics of primary intestinal tumor. The most of them had a hard diagnosis before their operations. The main treatment was surgery for them.
