阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素及体重的影响

摘　　要：目的观察阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者血清催乳素(PRL)及体重的影响。方法将60例符合精神分裂症诊断标准的患者随机分为阿立哌唑组(30例)和利培酮组(30例),治疗6周,采用放射免疫法在治疗前和治疗后2、4、6周分别测定血清PRL水平,并测量患者体重。结果两组患者治疗前血清PRL水平及体重间差别无显著性意义(P>0·05);阿立哌唑组治疗6周血清PRL水平为(12·6±12·3)μg/L,体重为(54·8±2·0)kg,两项指标与同期利培酮组患者间差别均有显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论阿立哌唑无升高血清催乳素作用,对体重亦无影响。Objective To investigate the effect of Aripiprazole on the serum prolactin and body weight of patients with schizophrenia compared with that of Risperdal. Methods Totally 60 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into Aripiprazole group （ n = 30） and Risperdal （ n = 30） group, receiving treatment for 6 weeks, The serum prolactin level （PRL） and body weight were measured before treatment and at the ends of 2nd, 4th, 6th week, respectively. Results There is no significant difference in both PRL and body weight between the two groups before treatment. At the end of the 6 week the PRL was （ 12. 6 ± 12. 3） μg/L and the body weight was （54. 8 ± 1.9） kg in Aripiprazole group. There were significant difference between the 2 groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Aripiprazole is of no obvious effect to increase the serum prolactin, and has less impact on weight gain.
