涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中ESM-1 mRNA及其蛋白表达的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨内皮细胞特异性分子-1(ESM-1)mRNA及其蛋白在涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用地高辛标记cDNA探针原位杂交方法、免疫组织化学法,检测52例涎腺腺样囊性癌及11例癌旁正常涎腺组织中ESM-1 mRNA及其蛋白的表达。结果涎腺腺样囊性癌的ESM-1 mRNA及其蛋白高表达率显著高于癌旁正常涎腺组织(P<0.01),与患者性别、肿瘤组织学类型、有无淋巴结转移及侵犯神经无明显差异。涎腺腺样囊性癌组织和正常涎腺组织中ESM-1 mRNA和蛋白表达具有相关性。结论ESM-1分子与涎腺腺样囊性癌的发生可能有关。[Objective] To investigate the expression and significances of endothelial cell specific molecule-1 （ESM-1） mRNA and protein in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. [Methods] The expression of ESM-1 mRNA and protein was detected by immunohistochemistry method and in situ hybridization method in 52 cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and in 11 ＂normal＂ salivary gland tissues adjacent to neoplastic lesions. [ Results] The high expression rate of ESM-1 mRNA and protein in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the ＂normal＂ salivary gland tissues （P〈0.01）, but the expression of ESM-1 mRNA and protein was not correlated to gender,the histological types, lymph node metastasis and nerve fiber encroachment. Correlation was submitted between the expression of ESM-1 mRNA and protein in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma and ＂normal＂ salivary gland tissues. [Conclusion] Expression of ESM-1 mRNA and protein might be related to occurrence of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
