摘 要:研究了4种有机肥、2个不同施肥水平处理下对黄金桂茶树生产性状及鲜叶生化品质的影响。结果显示,与尿素对照相比,在2个施肥水平下,有机肥均可显著改善茶树芽长、芽重、发芽密度等生产性状及提高茶叶产量。不同有机肥及不同施肥水平问茶树生产性状及茶叶产量差异显著或极显著。施用有机肥可使茶鲜叶主要内含成分含量有明显提高,其中,不同施肥水平间茶叶水浸出物含量差异极显著,有机肥处理间咖啡碱含量差异极显著。各有机施肥处理的经济效益均显著高于对照,每667m^2增加产值1021.12~3265.33元不等。In this trial, tea variety named Huangjingui was selected, and then the effects on tea tree and tea quality under the treatment of 4 organic fertilizers and 2 fertilized levels were studied. Results show that, under the 2 level arraged in this trial, organic fertilizer could significantly improve bud length, bud weight, bud quantity in unit area and yields of tea. Data analysis showd that the discrepancy among different fertilizer and fertilized level was significant or very remarkable. Using organic fertilizer can increase contents of biochemical ingredients in tealeaves clearly. The discrepancy of contents of water extracts among different fertilized level is very remarkable, the same as the discrepancy of caffeine among different organic fertilizers. The economic benefits of organic fertilized treatments are all ketter than comparison significantly, compared with comparison, in- come increased 1021.12 to 3265.33 yuan per 667 m^2.
