桂枝茯苓汤抗小鼠移植性肿瘤的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究桂枝茯苓汤体内抗移植性肿瘤的作用及其对机体的免疫调节作用,为桂枝茯苓汤的临床应用提供理论依据。方法:桂枝茯苓汤灌饲接种过H22的荷瘤小鼠,并通过测定其抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾指数及碳廓清指数(K值)和吞噬指数(a值)来进一步探讨其抗瘤活性和对机体的免疫调节作用。结果:桂枝茯苓汤具有抗移植性肿瘤H22的作用,抑瘤率达33.26%;同时对机体也有明显的免疫促进作用。结论:桂枝茯苓汤具有抗移植肿瘤的作用,并可提高荷瘤小鼠的机体免疫力。Objective：To observe its anti- tumor and immunlolgical regulation activity or Ramuli Cinnamimi and Poriee Decoction（ RCPD）and providing its basic theory for clinical application. Methods：RCPD was given to h22 tumor bearing mice orally,then its ant - tumor and immunological regulation activity was determined by its tumor inhibiting rate.thymus index,spleen index,carbon particle index（ K value） and phagocytic ingex（ a value） of the mice. Results： RCPD can significantly inhibit H22 tumor cell grows with its inhibiting rate about 33.26%, and with great immunological enhancement activity as well. Condusion： RCPD has the effect of anti - tumor activity and immunological enhancement activity on H,, tumor bearing mice.
