摘　　要：柔性螺栓是DEMAG公司制造的某炼钢厂转炉中连接托圈和炉壳的非常重要的联结装置。由于在生产过程中几束柔性螺栓突然断脱,失去联接功能,又无备品及时更换,决定采用刚性联接螺栓替代柔性螺栓。对替代的刚性联接螺栓进行了分析、设计验算。经生产使用证明此改造措施是可行的。The flexible connecting bolts are important fastenings connecting the DEMAG converter shell with its trunnion ring. During the converter working, some bundles of flexile connecting bobs were broken. Rigid connecting bolts were used to replace the broken flexible bolts because of no spare flexible bolt. The analyses, designing and check computing of the rigid connecting bolts are discussed. The replacement solution has proved that is feasible in the converter working.
