摘　　要：从系统角度出发。阐述了中外信息素质教育在总体社会环境（包括国家的重视与国民的参与）和信息素质教育系统本身（包括施教者、受教者、教学内容、教学形式、教学手段与教学评价等）两方面存在的差异。并为发展我国的信息素质教育提出了相应一些思路。参考文献12。This paPer detailedty discusses the differences of information literacy education between China and some foreign countries. One difference is Present in the general social surroundings, the other difference exists in the information literacy education sYstem itself, such as the teachers, students, teaching contents. teaching methods end teaching evaluation. At last, some suggestions are presented for the development of the information literacY education of our country, 12 Refs.
