摘　　要：在新的历史时期,自主创新能力不强成为我国企业成长和社会经济发展的障碍所在。因此必须大力开展技术创新活动,提升企业自主创新能力,打造技术创新型企业,以便抓住难得的战略发展期,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。本文阐释了技术创新的内涵,指出企业是技术创新的主体,分析了提升企业自主创新能力的时代意义,并就如何打造技术创新型企业发表了看法。In the new historical period,being short of independent innovation ability has become a barrier of our country enterprise growth and the social economy development. Therefore, we must carry out technical innovation vigorously, step up independent innovation ability of enterprise,and found the technical innovation enterprise, in order to grasp the rare strategic period of expansion and realize Chinese nation＇s great revival. This article explained the connotation of the technical innovation, pointed out that the enterprise is the main body of the technical innovation,analyzed the time significance that the independent innovation ability of enterprise was promoted and expressed the views on how to found the technical innovation enterprise.
