基层医院护士化疗防护现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解基层医院肿瘤患者药物治疗过程中护理人员的化疗防护现状,探讨其管理对策。方法采用问卷调查法,对乐山市和眉山市的12所二级综合医院、27所二级专科医院和1所肿瘤专科医院的40名护理部主任及197名执行静脉化疗操作的护士进行调查。结果40所基层医院对化疗操作的管理均采取了分散式管理,无一所医院使用符合要求的设备,护理人员普遍存在对化疗药物危害性认识不足、防护意识差、操作中防护用具的正确使用率低、化疗废弃物的收集不符合要求等问题。结论尽快建立、健全化疗防护管理体系,加强医务人员的防护知识教育,执行防护措施,装备防护设备,改善化疗操作环境,以确保医务人员的职业安全。Objective To investigate the present status of nursing staff＇s chemotherapy self- protection in basic -level hospitals, and to explore the management countermeasures. Method 40 nursing department directors and 197 nurses from 12 second - level general hospitals,27 second - level specialty hospitals and 1 cancer hospital were investigated with questionnaires. Results All of the 40 basic - level hospitals adopt dispersive management system for chemotherapy manipulation. None of them use the qualified equipments. The nurses＇ awareness of the harm of chemotherapy medicine and self - protection are insufficient. The rate of correct use of protective apparatus is low, and the collection of chemotherapy waste is not qualified. Conclusions It is urgent to establish perfect management system for chemotherapy protection, strengthen the protective education of chemotherapy for medical staff, implement the protective measures strictly, improve the protective equipments and improve the environment of chemotherapy manipulation to guarantee the occupational security of medical staff.
