由比较优势向竞争优势转变的区域战略研究——河北省产业结构调整的途径及政策选择

摘　　要：区域产业发展的战略调整,应实现从比较优势向竞争优势的转变,前者是客观基础,后者是发展方向。竞争优势的建立离不开比较优势的发挥,区域经济的发展只有充分依靠和发挥自身的比较优势才能建立其竞争优势。对河北省的资源禀赋及区位比较优势进行比较分析有利于找出差距,培育集群产业,形成竞争优势,促进产业结构优化升级,提升产业核心竞争力,促进区域经济的可持续发展。The strategic adjustment of the regional industrial development should shift from the comparative advantage to the competitive advantage, with the former as the basis and the later the developmental orientation. The competitive advantage depends on the comparative advantage and only when the regional economic development fully relies on and brings into play its own comparative advantage, can the competitive advantage be established. The comparative analysis of the Hebei resource gift and the comparative advantage of regional position are propitious to finding difference, cultivating clan industry, upgrading industrial core competitiveness and promoting sustainable development of regional economics.
