摘　　要：按照H.323的扩展协议H.332,研究并开发了一个分布式视频会议系统。系统基于IP组播网络,具有与会成员的身份认证机制,会议全过程采用分布式控制和管理,并基于RTP/RTCP协议,对系统音视频实时发送和接收过程中的丢包、同步和时延抖动问题给出了有效的处理方法,保证了一定的服务质量。系统主要功能由软件完成,成本较低,具有一定的实用价值。H.332 is an extension of H.323 protocol. In accordance with H.332,a distributed videoconferencing system is studied and developed.The system is based on IP multicast networks and has an identity verification mechanism for the members.The distributed control and management are used in the course of the conference.In order to guarantee the Quality of Service,some effective methods are also given to solve the problems such as the data lost,audio-video synchronization and delay jitter during real time sending and receiving based on RTP/RTCP.The system is economical since it is finished mainly by software and has certain value in application.
