摘　　要：在对我国沿海地区企业集群进行深入调查研究的基础上,提出利用多级分布式计算机系统建立企业局域网络,并将CAD、M IS系统集成到企业局域网络中以便企业集群可以共享,使得生产相同或相似零件族的柔性制造系统可直接从集成系统获得生产数据,从而大大提高企业集群的生产效益。本文阐述了一个基于UG环境下的智能化的CAD、M IS系统集成模式。Based on investigating and analyzing for the enterprise clusters in south China, the enterprise local area network was built with using the many stages distributing type computer system. The CAD and CAM and MIS system is integrated into the enterprise local area network so that the flexible manufacturing system can gain manufacturing data from the integrated system when it makes identical production. So, the enterprise can gain greatly production beneficial result. The CAD and CAM and MIS system integration model of intelligentization based on UG environment was dwelt on.
