摘 要:研究了松针褐斑病菌毒素对紫茎泽兰不同部位的伤害以及不同毒素粗提液浓度对叶片的伤害效果,进行了叶片愈伤组织的培养,在此基础上探讨了毒素对紫茎泽兰叶片和愈伤组织过氧化氢酶的影响.结果表明:紫茎泽兰叶片对该毒素最敏感,根对毒素只有轻微的反应;毒素粗提液稀释2倍,仍然对紫茎泽兰叶片有明显的伤害作用;以MS+6 mL(1 mg/mL)2,4-D培养紫茎泽兰叶片分化良好,愈伤组织生长速度快;毒素处理后叶片和愈伤组织CAT活性在6 h达到最高,呈现先升后降的趋势.The damage to Eupatorium adenophorum on different organs by toxin produced by brown spot needle blight fungus and the damage effect to the leaves of Eupatorium adenophorum by crude toxin extract of brown spot needie blight fungus with varied concentrations were studied. Bioassay methods was introduced to study the poisonous activity of the toxin to catalase of the callus and leaves of Eupatorium adenophorum by tissue culture. The results indicated that leaves of the weed were the most sensitive organ of the weed to the toxin, which could be significantly dam- aged by doubly diluted crude extract. The mot was the least sensitive. Callus of Eupatorium adenophorum could differentiate and grow well in MS medium (with 6 mL of 2,4 - D 1 mg/mL). Treated by toxin, the CAT activity of leaves and callus of Eupatorium adenophorum could rise to the uppermost within 6 h and then declined.
