摘 要:研究提出了一个描述基于制度的信任与供应链协作信任之间关系的综合理论模型.选择不同行业与规模的56个企业,收集了327个样本数据;以AMOS4.0和SPSS11.0软件包对样本数据进行探索性因子分析以及验证性因子分析。结构模型拟合优度评估以及假设检验结果表明:基于制度信任的五个因素对供应链协作信任有正向的差异性影响。这五个因素包括监控的有效性认知、反馈的有效性认知、认证的有效性认知、法律契约的有效性认知及合作规范的有效性认知。A synthesized theory modal which describes the relationships between supply chain collaboration trust and institution - based trust is proposed. Fifty six companies with different scales in different fields are chosen to be the objects of experimental research and a sample data of 327 actual members is collected. With software of SPSS11.0 and AMOS4.0, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are implemented to validate hypothesizes which are put forward in model. The result shows institution - based trust including perceived effectiveness of monitoring, perceived effectiveness of feedback, perceived effectiveness of accreditation, perceived effectiveness of legal bonds, perceived effectiveness of cooperative norms has positive differential effect on supply chain cooperation trust.
