摘  要:对包括玉米自选系在内的192份玉米自交系的子粒品质进行分析.结果表明,玉米自选系的粗蛋白、赖氨酸平均含量为115.47,3.80 g.kg-1,分别高于常用自交系0.426%和0.023%,淀粉含量673.54 g.kg-1,低于常用自交系1.343%;所有自交系子粒的粗蛋白与赖氨酸含量呈显著正相关(r=0.780),两者都与淀粉含量呈显著的负相关;自选系中群体M粗蛋白含量和赖氨酸含量最高,群体Z 508和Z 512淀粉含量最高,可分别作为高蛋白和高淀粉品种选育的亲本材料.Main nutritional qualities of 192 maize inbred lines were analyzed. The results showed that the protein and lysine content of self-selected lines was 115.47, 3.80 g·kg^-1, higher respectively than that of elite inbred lines with 0.426% and 0.023%; while starch content was 673.54 g·kg^-1, lower than that with 1.343%. The crude protein content in grains had significantly positive correlation with lysine while protein and lysine both had significant negative correlation with starch. The self-selected lines based on group M had the highest content of protein and lysine,and the resources from the groups Z 508 and Z 512 had the highest content of starch,which can be used as the parents of hybrids with high protein or starch respectively.
