摘 要:应用ICP、SEM、EDX等方法对Ni在热镀锌板基板上的附着量进行检测并对基板的表面形貌、成分进行了观察分析,研究了表面调整液的pH值和温度对彩色涂层基板的腐蚀速度和Ni附着量的影响,并根据试验结果建立了表面调整液与基板表面状况之间的关系。It is imperative to conduct desirable pretreatment so as to obtain color hot-dip galvanizing coating of satisfactory quality on steel sheet. Surface conditioning, as a kind of such pretreatment helps to activate the substrate, shorten the reaction time, and improve the quality of the surface. Thus the effects of the pH value and temperature of the surface conditioning solution on the corrosion rate of the steel sheet substrate and the quantity of adhered Ni thereon were investigated. The morphology and elemental composition of the steel substrate were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, and energy dispersive spectrometry, while the content of Ni adhered onto the steel surface was determined as well. The relationship among the corrosion rate and adhered quantity of Ni with the temperature of the surface conditioning solution at various pH values was explored. It was found that the corrosion rate of the steel sheet and the quantity of Ni adhered thereon decreased with increasing pH value of the surface conditioning solution, while they increased with increasing temperature of the surface conditioning solution.
