摘　　要：从范围经济理论的角度看,范围经济的根本特征是企业联合生产多种产品的成本低于单独生产多种产品的成本;企业的多元化经营既有可能产生正面效应,也有可能产生负面效应;企业只有正确理解和实施多元化战略,才能产生正面效应,赢得竞争优势。In terms of scope economy theory, the basic feature of scope economy is that the united enterprises have much lower cost to produce various products than that of a single enterprise; an enterprise＇s business diverification may produce either positive effect or negative effect. The enterprise should have a correct understanding and perform the diversification strategy so that it will be able to produce positive effect and become more competitive.
