胆囊息肉样病变的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：本文报告我院自１９８４年经手术治疗病理确诊的胆囊息肉样病变５２例，发病年龄１０～７０岁，平均年龄４３．５岁，３０～４９岁占８０．５％．２１例合并胆结石．非肿瘤病变３４例占６５．４％，真性肿瘤１８例占３４．６％，炎性息肉癌变１例，Ｂ超诊断率高而且可动态观察，合并胆囊结石及胆囊颈部息肉应早行手术治疗．无症状的胆囊息肉应定期观察择期手术．It was reportde 52 cases of polypoid lesions of gallbadder that were operated and proved by biopsy in our hospital since 1984.The age ranged from 10～70 and mean age was 43.5.80.5% wer 30～49 years old.Gallstones could be found in 21 cases.There were 34 cases of pseudoturmor in this group(65.4% ) 18 of true tumor and 1 of car-cinopolypus.The diagnosis rate was elevated with the use of B-ultrasonics.The patients complicated gallstone and polyp in the neck of gallbladder should be operated early and asymptom patients could be follwed and performed selective operation.
