摘　　要：对集成管理思想的产生、发展作了简要的回顾,并对传统管理模式和集成管理模式作了对比,最后探讨了现代企业实施集成管理的必要性,并对我国企业实施集成管理的途径作了比较分析。This paper reviews the emergence and development of the integrated management in brief, and then expounds the features of traditional management and integrated management pattern by comparison. Finally, it discusses the necessity and the approach for modern enterprises to apply the integrated management in our country.
