摘　　要：目的探讨Survivin和bFGF在胃癌及肠化生组织中的表达及其与胃癌血管生成的关系,为胃癌的诊断、治疗及预后判断提供依据。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测44例胃癌组织、22例肠化生组织和10例正常胃黏膜组织中的Survivin、bFGF的表达和MVD值,分析Survivin、bFGF表达、MVD值与临床病理因素间的关系。结果在44例胃癌组织、22例肠化生组织和10例正常胃黏膜组织中Survivin、bFGF和MVD3种标记物在3组组织之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在胃癌组织中Survivin、bFGF表达及MVD值均与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中Survivin和bF-GF表达与MVD值均有相关性(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中Survivin和bFGF两者均阳性组中MVD值与两者均阴性组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌组中Survivin、bFGF的表达均与MVD值有明显相关性,bFGF和Survivin的表达共同促进胃癌血管的生成。联合检测Survivin、bFGF和MVD有助于对胃癌的病理分级、恶性程度判定和预后判断。Objective To observe expressions of Survivin and basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） in tissues of gastric carcinoma and intestinal metaplasia and their relationship with angiogenesis of gastric carcinoma so as to provide experimental and theoretical basis for diagnosis, treatment and predicating prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods Expressions and microvessel density （MVD） values of Survivin and bFGF in 10 normal gastric mucosa, 22 intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa and 44 gastric carcinoma tissues were examined by means of immunohistochemical S-P to analyze relationship of expressions of Survivin and bFGF as well as MVD with various clinicopathologic factors. Results There was statistically significant difference in aspects of expressions of Survivin and bFGF and MVD value in three groups （ P 〈0.05）. Statistical analysis revealed that expressions of Survivin and bFGF and MVD value in gastric cancer were correlated with depth of infiltration , TNM stage and lymph node aversion （ P 〈0.05）. The expressions of Survivin and bFGF in gastric carcinoma were correlated positively with MVD value （P〈0.05）. MVD value of both Survivin- and bFGF-positive groups was higher than that of both Survivin- and bFGF-negative groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The expressions of Survivin and bFGF are correlated obviously with MVD value in gastric carcinoma tissues and contribute to angiogenesis of gastric carcinoma. Combined examination of expressions of Survivin, bFGF and MVD in gastric carcinoma is helpful for histological grading, tumor malignancy estimation and prognosis prediction of gastric carcinoma.
