摘　　要：目的分析老年胃癌患者手术安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月至2005年12月期间收治的92例70岁以上老年胃癌患者的临床病理特性、手术及预后。结果老年胃癌以分化型腺癌为主(70.65%);病理分期以中晚期为主(89.6%);术前营养条件差、合并症多,术后并发症发生率高;总手术切除率占97.8%,住院病死率4.3%。结论围手术期加强对各重要脏器功能监测和合并症的治疗,选择个体化的手术方式,老年人行胃癌根治性手术是安全可行的。Objective To analyze operative safety in treatment of gastric cancer in the elderly. Methods A retrospective study was done on 92 cases （at age over 70 years old） with gastric cancer admitted into our hospital from January 2004 to December 2005 to analyze elinieopathologie features, surgical procedure and prognosis. Results Differentiated adenocarclnoma accounted tor 70.65% in aspect ot pathological type. Midterm and late stage accounted for 89. 6%. There could be seen higher rate of postoperative complications in cases with preoperative malnutrition and much complications. The total operative resection rate was 97.8%, with hospital mortality of 4. 3%. Conclusion Radical gastrectomy for the elderly with gastric cancer is safe and feasible by monitoring function of important organs and treating complications as well as selecting procedure suitable for individuals.
