摘　　要：目的:观察DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TOPOⅡ)在食管癌的表达,初步探讨其临床生物学意义。方法:应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测原发性食管癌103例,其中鳞状细胞癌100例,腺癌3例和癌周正常黏膜组织32例TOPOⅡ的表达。结果:TOPOⅡ在食管癌的表达明显高于癌周组织,癌周鳞状上皮基细胞可见少数核阳性表达。鳞状细胞癌高于腺癌的表达。食管鳞状细胞癌的分化程度与TOPOⅡ的表达呈正相关。结论:TOPOⅡ在食管癌周的表达早于食管癌分生过程中的细胞形态变化,可能成为食管癌发生的早期标志物。TOPOⅡ食管癌表达低,符合其比食管鳞状细胞预后差,对放疗、化疗不敏感的事实。TOPOⅡ在高中分化食管鳞状细胞癌的表达低分化者,提示食管癌高分化者对拓扑异构酶抑制剂化疗药敏感、预后好。Objective To study the pattarn of expression and clinical significance of topoisomerase Ⅱ （TOPO Ⅱ ）in esophageal carcinoma. Methods 103 cases of primary esophageal carcinoma and 3 cases of normal esophageal epithelia were studied for the expression of TOPO Ⅱ by means of S-P immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of TOPO Ⅱ was higher in esophageal carcinoma than in normal esophageal epithelia There was a tendency of positive correlation between defferentiated degrees of squamous carcinoma and dxpression of TOPO Ⅱ . Conclusion TOPO Ⅱ may serve as an early marker for the development of esophageal carcinoma. The expression of TOPO Ⅱ may be of significant clinical value in the chemotherapy design.
