摘　　要：残冠根有其重要的生理学意义,但是目前在临床上对残冠根的治疗存在许多的问题,如过度医疗、防御性医疗等。本文分析了出现这些问题的背景及原因,并提出了相应的解决办法。The residual crown and root has very important physiological significances, but there are many problems in the clinical treatment, such as overtreatment and defensive treatment, etc. This article analyze the background and causes of these problems, and provids some corresponding ways to solve them.
