摘  要:目的:对健康人口腔唾液中一氧化氮(Nitricoxide,NO)的含量进行检测,初步探讨唾液中NO的作用,并为更深入地研究唾液NO提供方法上的尝试。方法:采用经改良的Misko荧光分光光度法检测了74名健康人口腔唾液中NO-2的含量,以间接反映NO的含量。结果:74名健康人唾液中NO-2含量无性别差异,平均为3.071±0.557μmol/L;随着年龄的增加,NO-2含量有明显增加的趋势。结论:唾液中NO含量可随组织增龄性的变化而增加;此外,该荧光分光光度法对唾液中NO的检测较为灵敏、精确。Aim: To study the effects of NO in human saliva, and try to find a new approach available to study NO in human saliva. Methods: Using an improving fluorometric method for the determination of nitrite, which stands for the content of nitric oxide. Results: Mean level of NO in saliva of 74 healthy individuals was 3.071±0.557μmol/L,and there was no significant difference between male and female. There was a relationship between the increasing of salivary NO and aging. Conclusions: The level of NO in saliva was increased with aging. NO in saliva may play a role in the maintenance of mucosal and periodontal ligament integrity, and this fluorometric method may be a simple specific and sensitive method for the measurement of nitrite in human saliva.
