复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗视网膜挫伤47例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗视网膜挫伤的疗效。方法:将47例视网膜挫伤患者随机分成两组,治疗组28例30眼,用复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗;对照组19例20眼,用血管扩张剂和皮质类固醇激素治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:两组疗效比较显示,治疗组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率70.0%。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:复方樟柳碱联合高压氧治疗视网膜挫伤有显著疗效。Objective：To evaluate the effect of compound anisodine hydrobromide combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treating retinal bruise.Methods：Twenty-eight eases （30 eye）with retinal bruise were selected as the treatment group and treated with compound anisodine hydrobromide combined with hyperbaric oxygen.Another 19 eases （20 eye）were assigned as the control group and treated with vasodilator and eortieosteroid.Results：The therapeutic effect in treatment group is significantly better than that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Compound anisedine hydrobromide combined with hyperbaric oxygen is an effective nethod for treating retinal bruise.
