摘　　要：目的评价芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗癌痛的止痛疗效及安全性。方法观察92例癌痛患者接受芬太尼透皮贴剂止痛治疗的临床疗效及不良反应,数字评分法评估疼痛程度。结果治疗前疼痛程度评分均值为7.4;治疗后第13、、69、、15、30天疼痛程度评分分别降低至4.1、3.1、2.5、2.2、1.9和1.6,总有效率为96.7%。使用芬太尼透皮贴剂的初始、第15天和第30天用药剂量均值分别为32.4μg/h、42.6μg/h和49.6μg/h。不良反应主要有便秘、恶心、头晕、呕吐、嗜睡和呼吸抑制。结论芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗癌痛安全有效,可作为中重度癌痛治疗的首选药物之一。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of transdermal fentanyl in management of patients with cancer pain. Methods 92 patients with cancer pain managed with transdermal fentanyl. The patients were asked to record the attacks of pain and the adverse effects of transdermal fentanyl. The intensity of pain was scored in digits according to NSR. Results The basehne mean pain intensity was 7.4. On days 1, 3, 6, 9, 15 and 30, the mean score of pain was decreased to 4.1, 3.1, 2.5, 2.2, 1.9 and 1.6, respectively. The effective rate was 96.7 %. The mean doses of fentanyl were 32.4 μg/h on the initial day, 42.6 μg/h and 49.6 μg/h on days 15 and 30. The common side effects were constipation, nausea, dizziness, vomiting, drowsiness and respiratory depression. Conclusion Transdermal fentanyl being effective, safe and convenient, can be recommended as one of the first - line drugs for the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain.
