摘  要:研究生教育以学科为平台开展,与学科建设关系密切,研究生招生是研究生教育的源头工作,学科建设是学校的龙头工作。提出以学科建设思想指导研究生招生,合理设置研究生招生学科,合理制定学科招生政策,凝练研究生招生方向,招生方向必须符合学科发展规律与学科内涵,具有前瞻性、可延伸性及可拓展性,方向间既具有可交叉性又具有相对的独立性,根据方向组建导师指导队伍,促进研究生教育与学科建设的内涵发展与质量型增长。The postgraduate education is based on the discipline construction, and there is a close relationship between them. Also, the postgraduate admission forms the first step in the postgraduate education system, while the discipline construction forms the center of all the university routine work. Based on these, the paper suggests that the postgraduate admission should be guided by the discipline construction in a university, and the university, in its process of postgraduate admission, should reasonably and rationally set up its disciplines and majors, admission policies and orientations. Again, the postgraduate admission orientations should tally with the development laws and connotations of disciplines, with fore - sightness, extensibleness and expansibility. Besides, inter - disciplines and relative independence should also exist in different orientation. Thus, the supervisor teams can be organized according to different research orientation, and the quality of postgraduate education can be guaranteed and promoted.
