摘　　要：科学规范地对高校党政管理干部进行考核,有利于加强高校干部队伍建设,促进高等教育事业良好发展。本文在剖析了当前高校党政管理干部考核现状的基础上,提出应该合理制定考核指标体系,正确选择考核方向,将平时考核与定期考核相结合,以科学发展观引领高校党政管理干部考核工作,并进一步论述了应该科学有效地使用考核结果,充分体现考核的导向性。In view of the present situation and the existing problems of checking on cadres of party work and administration in universities, the paper discusses the guiding function of check on cadres from the following aspects ： setting up an appropriate system of norms, choosing the proper ways of check, combining the routine check with regular check and focusing on the efficient use of checking results.
