摘　　要：目的:检测细胞凋亡抑制基因Bcl-2、增殖细胞核抗原PCNA和原癌基因C-erbB-2在涎腺肿瘤中的表达,探讨涎腺肿瘤的发生机制,为涎腺肿瘤的有效防治提供科学依据。方法:应用免疫组化LSAB法及图像分析系统对47例涎腺恶性肿瘤、41例涎腺多形性腺瘤、20例涎腺非肿瘤组织中Bcl-2、PCNA及C-erbB-2的表达进行检测,并对阳性细胞进行图像分析定量测定。结果:非瘤组织、多形性腺瘤和涎腺恶性肿瘤中Bcl-2、PCNA及C-erbB-2的表达呈递增趋势(P<0.05)。维、汉民族涎腺组织中各指标表达间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:细胞凋亡和细胞增殖的平衡异常与肿瘤发生发展密切相关,C-erbB-2可能通过EGF/EGFR调控机制使涎腺组织良性病变发生恶性转化。不同民族基因背景特点在涎腺肿瘤的发生发展中无重要作用。Objective： To study the expression of apoptosis-suppressor gene Bcl-2, proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） and oncogene C-erbB-2 in human salivary gland tumors . It will provide scientific basis for effective prevention and cure of salivary gland malignant tumors. Method：The expression of Bcl-2,PCNA and C-erbB-2 in salivary gland malignant tumors（47）, Pleomorphic adenomas（41） and non-tumor tissues （20） were detected by immunohistochemistry （LSAB）, The results were analyzed by Image Analysis System, Result：The expression of Bcl-2, PCNA and C-erbB-2 increased significantly among non-tumor tissues, pleomorphic adenomas and salivary gland malignant tumor （P 〈0. 05）, There is no significant difference between Uyger and Han. Conclusions： The balance of apoptosis and proliferation is closely associated with genesis and progenies of salivary gland tumor. C-erbB-2 change benign tumor into malignant tumor through the mechanism of EGF/EGFR. Gene background of different nationality don＇ t have important role the genesis of salivary gland tumor.
