摘 要:目的:探讨正畸Niti圆丝和方丝的三维非线性有限元建模方法。方法:用Pro/E软件建立NiTi圆丝和方丝被固定于矫治器前的几何模型,导入Marc软件,对其进行几何修复后生成实体单元,并按实际模拟边界条件,按NiTi合金定义初始条件和材料特性,最终得到正畸NiTi圆丝和方丝弓的有限元模型。结果:建立了用于正畸治疗的NiTi圆丝和方丝弓的有限元模型,可以预测弓丝在矫治形变过程中(各时段)其本身结构中各节点、单元的受力、位移情况。结论:本研究率先建立正畸NiTi圆丝和方丝的三维非线性有限元模型,为矫治方案的设计提供量化依据。Objective: To investigate a method for constructing the three-dimensional and non-liner finite dement model of Ni-Ti arch wire for orthodontics. Method :The three-dimensional geometry model of Ni-Ti arch wire whose shape of section were round and square respectively was established by the Pro/E software supporting. After the geometry model was repaired and the border condition of actual simulated and the initial condition and material property was defined according to the nickel titanium alloy, the three-dimensional and non-liner finite element model of Ni-Ti arch wire was established by the Marc software supporting finally. Result:The three-dimensional and non-liner finite element model of Ni-Ti arch wire which can predict the strength and displacement of every node and element of its own structure in the course of deforming (every period ) was set up, which can be used in the treatment of orthodontics. Conclusion: Take the lead in using the three-dimensional and non-liner finite element model of Ni-Ti arch wire for orthodontics at present and expect to provide quantizational basis for clinic doctor in designing the correctional scheme.
