摘　　要：目的:了解粘结材料对折裂磨牙保存治疗的临床疗效及其并发症。方法:采用Super-bond C&B粘结系统对68例完全纵折牙进行粘结固定,1年后评价患牙的牙周、根尖状况及功能,并对影响患牙愈合的因素进行相关性分析。结果:Super-bond C&B粘结系统的粘结效果满意,治疗1年后的失败率为16.2%,其中粘接失败率仅占7.4%;折裂部位、治疗时机及治疗方法对患牙愈后具有显著相关性。结论:Super bond C&B粘结系统对折裂磨牙保存治疗具有较满意的疗效。Objective：To evaluate the efficiency of the conservative therapy in treatment of the vertically fractured teeth and the relevant risk factors on the treatment outcome. Method： 68 completely vertically fractured teeth were involved in this research , and all the traumatic teeth were adhered together before further endodontic treatment using the Super-bond C＆B adhesive system . And one-year visit was taken to evaluate the efficiency of the adhesive system to the periodontal tissue and oral function. Result： The one-year success rate is 83.8 % , the main complain is periodontal diseases and oral function loss, 5 teeth were reported to be refractured . Meanwhile , the relevance test show that the treatment time after fracture and the location of the fracture are the two main risk factors on the treatment. Conclusion： The adhesive system is a promising dental material in the fractured teeth treatment .
