碘化油在肝癌治疗中若干问题的探讨(附117例分析)

摘　　要：117例原发性肝癌病人接受碘油肝动脉栓塞治疗，其中15例经2次以上的重复治疗。半年生存期81．2％；1年生存期占52．9％，2年生存期17．9％。经2次以上重复栓塞的病例疗效比只经一次栓塞的要好，两者存在显著性差异（P＜0．01）。作者认为疗效直接与肿瘤的栓塞完全与否有关。肿瘤栓塞不完全，侧支循环形成和开放，门脉供血量和范围增加。这是肿瘤复发的重要原因。117 Cases of primary liver cancer have been treated by intraarteres injection of iodized oilmixed with chemotherapeutic agents, among which 15 cases have been treated more than two times. The sur-vival rates are 81. 2% in 6 months, 52.9% in one year and 17.9% in two years. The treatment is more effi-cient in the patients who have been treated twice more compared with those treated only once, and there issignificant diffirence between both (p＜0.01). Auther helieves that curative effect is directly depended onwhether tumor infarction is compeleted or not. If tumor infarction is not compeleted, the collateral circula-tions of tumor open and arear of blood supply and its amounts in tumor by portal vein increase. This is animportant cause of reccurecy of tumor.
