摘  要:A new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of paeonol was established.The method was based on chemiluminescence reaction of paeonol with Ce(Ⅳ) in sulfuric acid condition sensitized by rhodamine 6G.The method is simple,convenient and sensitive.The linear relationship between the intensity of chemiluminescence and the concentration of paeonol is over the range of 5.0×10-7 ~1.0×10-4mol/L.The detection limit is 9.7×10-8 mol/L,the relative standard deviation is 1.8 % for 7 measurements of 1.0×10-5mol/L standard solution.This method has been successfully applied to the determination of paeonol in ointment with recovery between 98.8% and 104%,and the results were in good agreement with those obtained by UV method.A new flow injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of paeonol was established.
